Purchasing Policies

Order Handling:
Your order will be reviewed by NOTL Rotary Tickets staff within 24 hours of order placement, during regular business hours which are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST. You will be contacted before your order is shipped.

Shipping Policy:
Your tickets will be sent to you via post to your mailing address given.

Customer Support:

If you have any questions about your order, please have your order number ready, and call us 905-351-3807 between the hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST Monday to Friday.

Return Policy:

No exchanges or returns will be accepted. Please allow up to 7 days after NOTL Rotary Tickets receipt of ticket for your account to be debited.

Order discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

A valid ticket must be presented to enter the event
